Nature of the Service

This private reference does not keep official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, accept bond, or file a document. It points visitors to Worth County Jail and sheriff resources, Iowa Courts, Iowa DOC, federal locators, and outside research tools. Government and third-party operators control their own information.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.

This site is not responsible for an outside operator’s content, privacy practices, terms, prices, availability, or data handling. Review that operator’s rules before use.

All content and functions are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• the service will remain uninterrupted;
• software will be free of errors or security weaknesses; or

Iowa Law Controls

These terms are governed by Iowa law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Iowa. Public-record access through Worth County remains governed by Iowa Code Chapter 22 and other applicable law.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
